About Return

If you are not satisfied with the product because its faulty or you don't want it . please return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back. Send out your package through local post office , do not return by DHL,UPS...as it will cost high customs and it may be in trouble with customs clearance.

Marked your order No. on shipping document,as we have many different departments and have many packages everyday, Please remember to write your order number,so I can know which package is from you.

Write down your return information and put it in the package. Including: Full name, detail address, post code, phone No..

Take some photos of delivery when you send it back to us.

-We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
